    Holiday Pay is a quick contemporary holiday romance by M.D. Dalrymple. This is a fun read. The book is well-written and the characters are lovable. Jaden is a cop and Jena works for the town parks and recreation department. Their story is fast-paced and full of drama, humor and sizzle. I enjoyed reading Holiday Pay. This book is book 4 of the Men in Uniform Series but can be read as a standalone. Holiday Pay is a complete book, not a cliffhanger.

    Jena is a Parks & Rec employee, and works at the city Christmas festival, where she meets Jaden. He's a cop, working to provide security at the event. He's interested in her, but doesn't have to wait long - she's a straight-forward woman who knows what she wants, and isn't afraid to ask for it. Councilman Marks has a penchant for booze and prostitutes, and causes drama as he has in town for a long time. This was a really nice steamy story about a couple with instant attraction. They're so cute together, and are living their happy-for-now.

    What a terrific book! You meet a couple who have an instant attraction and act upon it. But the difference is the way the relationship unfolds before your eyes. You’ll be sucked into the lives and the devotion that develops is so enjoyable that you won’t like it when it ends. This couple manage to work around all the drama that surrounds them and find a balance in their lives that leads to a happy for now.

    Loved this man in blue story. Worth grabbing and reading this holiday story. How a gentleman cop and him meeting his soul mate in a beautiful redhead. Has its own HEA. Also, has its own trouble maker as well.
