When Radiance refuses to choose between the two men who love her, they take the decision out of her hands.

After surviving a harrowing imprisonment in her homeland, Radiance has a new and independent life in her adopted country of Icebridge. She has achieved a coveted senior military rank and lives in a secluded lighthouse where she can keep the secret essential to her survival.

She has sworn to never give herself to only one man and enjoys the affections of two dominant Devmaerean officers, Ghent and Khari. She is lover to both and faithful to neither.

Then a freak storm draws her into dangerous seas to save a squadron of ships. A massive sea tornado sweeps her up and drops her into the net of ruthless pirates, men whose raging lust is at a tipping point.

As Ghent and Khari plan her rescue, they decide there will be a change in their future with Radiance. First, she will have to present herself for a shameful punishment, as atonement for her reckless behavior.

This steamy fantasy-sci fi romance is intended for a mature audience. Scenes depicting power exchanges and sensual intimacy may be unsuitable for some readers.

Author’s note: this sequence of books may be read in any order as each one is a complete, stand alone story. However, each book offers incremental pieces of the final drama, resolved in book four. The series in order; 1 Bound To The Admiral, 2 Bound To The Commander, Book 3 Bound To The Sheriff, 4 Bound To The Watchers.

While I was expecting another installment in the saga, I still get surprised at the twists and turns that the author presents, as well as titillated with the eroticism and romance woven into the story. Radiance's story is a rich tapestry and brings full circle the Devmaerean story with her love for Ghent and Khari and the secret that she's been keeping from them that might tear them apart before bringing them together forever.   • Good End to the Story. This is the final book in the series and I'm sad to see it go but it went out strong. Radiance is a headstrong woman and she doesn't commit but her men aren't taking no for an answer. Radiance has a terrible past and avoids relationships like the plague and would rather focus on her job, unfortunately danger ensues and she has to learn to trust and respect the men in life in order to make it out alive in a dangerous situation. This was a very engaging story and I love how everything comes together for a cohesive and satisfying ending. - Bookbub reviewer
  • I thought the previous book was the best in the series. I was wrong. This story is hands down the best one yet. I loved Radiance and her secrets were both beautiful and horrendous. I can't imagine the pain from her first relationship. Her two lovers Ghent and Khari are perfect foils for her. This is a love story that will pull all the heartstrings, sweet but sexy too. Everything about this book is great, the world-building, characters, and emotional pull are well written. You just won't want to put it down. The elves were a hoot and the ending was spot-on perfect. Author's note: book 1 in this series, Bound To The Admiral, was first released in October 2019, long before COVID raised its ugly head. The entire series had been planned before the first book came out.
The solution to the pandemic on Devmaer depends on prompt government action along with international cooperation. As such, it's evident the series was not an attempt to capitalize on a devastating tragedy.

Ghent and Khari each love Radiance, and have accepted the time, and parts of herself she has been willing to share with them, but a point comes when they realize respecting her privacy means they had no idea of dangers lurking in her life.Radiance knows Ghent and Khari love her, but she's not fool enough to commit to either one... as it stands she has the best of every world and neither will ever press for more than she has to give, because losing her to the other is a realistic fear. Thankfully Ghent and Khari don't talk to one another, heaven help her if they ever joined forces.This done in one Kindle Unlimited book moves the overarching arc of this series forward in a major way. One of the things I've really been enjoying with this series is what a small and connected world a planet turns out to be. In this case, great strength and power comes from working together and realizing everyone has something of value to bring to the table.

    Bound to the Watchers is book 4 in the Lighthouses of Devmaer series and centers on Radiance. She is intelligent, responsible, and holds an important job. She also has deep secrets. Because of a very bad experience, she is unable to commit to one man. So, lucky girl that she is, she has two wonderful men who would love to be her only partner. Radiance’s job allows her to keep both men where she wants them and keep her deep secrets to herself. Then an emergency puts everything at risk. Khari and Ghent must join forces if they hope to rescue her and their working together changes absolutely everything. Radiance is in for a big surprise should she survive, one where she will be held accountable to the men in her life. The reader is taken on an amazing adventure on the world of Devmaer. There is danger, shocking reunions, escape plans and assistance from unlikely sources. There is also love, romance and some serious heat. Throughout it all, the author keeps you turning those pages with the fast moving plot and the fantastic world building. As this is the last book in the series, the author ties up the major plot point that has featured in all the books. It is well done, satisfying for the reader, and very timely. I enjoyed this book so very much and encourage you to treat yourself to not only this book, but to this whole engaging series. It will keep you entertained and warm all over!

    As I always do I wait for the last book in a series to write of them. This series was different from most please start from the being. The storyline is outstanding and flows from one book to the other with great else .you would miss so much if you don't being from the first book. I read alot and this series has been one of the most interesting ones. I will be looking for other books by this author

    This is a splendid addition to the “Lighthouses of Devmaer” series but sadly it is apparently the fourth & final book in the series. There are character crossovers from the previous books but this book can easily be read as a standalone. This is an intriguing, futuristic romance & the plot is well-paced with intriguing situations that is well-described & has good world building. The main characters are interesting with good chemistry between them while still having their own expectations and/or individual goals in life.
    It is about: a young Kedrant female & lighthouse keeper (Radiance Rentren) with trust issues lands up in the possession of deadly pirates & two Devmaerean Officers (Ghent Mossi & Khari Kant) come to her rescue & promptly teaches her a lesson for assuming to know better than them.
    There is: elves, shifters, pirates, action, adventure, friendship, twists & turns, mystery, drama, intrigue, secrets, distrust, defensiveness, deceit, betrayal, threats, danger, enemies, trust issues, longings, protectiveness, complications, devastating memories, manipulations, unexpected help, confrontations, disobedience, defiance, discipline, spankings, compromises, contentment, love, steamy scenes & a satisfying conclusion. I enjoyed reading this futuristic romance & would recommend this book & the series to people who enjoy reading this genre.

    Radiance is a great name for a dolphin because they are gorgeous in this case Radiance is not just a dolphin but a shifter as well and the woman she becomes is just as stunning.
    Radiance has had many trials to face and overcome in her short life and they leave her unwilling to trust anyone but her elf friends and not quite happy.
    She finds her self with not one but two men who love her even though she keeps them at arms length.
    When she is captured by pirates it is up to Ghent and Khari her to lovers to rescue her it is after their daring rescue that she learns how much they both love her as the two men put aside their differences and work together to teach her the error of her ways, and show her what it means to be loved by not one but two Devmaer men.
    As she is able to realize that she does trust her men and except the punishment she knows she has earned the crown princess is able to use her help along whit the elves to harvest the missing ingredient for the elixir to cure the waking illness.
    The Lighthouses of Devmaer is a very well written series and I highly recommend it to all who believe in possibilities 😀 even if you don't it is still very good.

    What a wonderful end to an amazing series...I must admit it has been a joy to read from Bound to the past...to this one with the theme of the Waking Sickness running through them. Each book so different but so familiar..a must read.
