    Kevlar is the next installment of the Macha MC series. This is a second chance romance that can be read as a stand-alone, but I think you should read the books in order to understand all the characters better. Just my opinion.

    Tucker Dorous and Nikita Morales meet in college and thought they were as happy as can be, but then a life changing event had Nikita “disappearing”. Tucker never saw her again and moved along with his life.

    Fast-forward – Tucker Dorous now goes by Kevlar and has joined his band of brothers in the Macha MC in Colorado after getting out of the service. He is one hot, protective, bad-boy biker!

    Nikita Morales is now Nikita Stockdale and an FBI agent based out of Boston. She one bad-a** chick and is out to destroy the Diablos MC (one MC which her Father is running from prison) and is not stopping until the job is done!

    Nikita’s job and the Diablos MC bring her to Colorado and right into the path of Kevlar! Even after all the years apart, these two still have feeling for each other. Will their feelings get in the way of her taking down the MC, will Kevlar get in the way? The Macha MC? Can they be on the same side – or on the opposite side?

    This story was packed with action, suspense, steamy sex scenes, and a few twists and turns that kept me flipping the pages! This is one series that I highly recommend! Can’t wait until the next book comes out!

    This is book two in the series and I am loving it. The laughs and the tears in this series get you. Your laughing one minute and then the next chapter has you teary eyed. The family atmosphere is awesome and a little history of their club name is awesome as well. I can't wait to read the next book Rubble.

    Amazing series. Love the MC and their policy regarding women. In the second book, Kevlar meets up with his high school love. What he sees is not whom he remembered. It isn't who she is either but he has to find that out.

    She never thought she'd see him again. Not that she'd ever forgotten him. Now was not the time. His protective side could ruin everything.

    They could be on opposite sides or they could join sides. What will they choose? Is their love still alive? If so can it survive the changes they've both made in their lives?

    There is lots of club action with all the characters we came to love in book 1. If you didn't read it no problem all the characters show their personalities and places in the club. Lots of action, steam, surprises, great characters, horrible villains, along with a story you won't want to stop reading. I'm hooked by this series and the characters. Can't wait for more.

    Book 2 and things just got better. I've said it once and I’ll say it again I’m a sucker for second chance romance.
    Kevlar and Nikita were torn apart by her actions. It took them 15 years before they saw each other again and I loved the fact that despite fighting it at the beginning (mostly on her part) their reunion was explosive and I’m so happy I decided to start reading this series.
    The series is still strong on alpha male who will do anything to keep their women safe and well. Nikita aka Kita is such a powerhouse. She can take care of herself and doesn't need a man to do that but she missed one shot with Kevlar all those years ago and is determined not to let him slip through finger now. Their connection and love spoke with every turned page and it kept me rooted to my seat until I finished this in one sitting.

    Skye McNeil is becoming my one-click author real fast with each book I read.
