Never Kiss A Stranger Kindle Edition
Kiki
Ellis Atwood is the devil.
Ok, maybe that’s too harsh.
Ellis Atwood is ruining my life. First, he demolishes a perfectly good wedding trellis. Second, he destroys a gorgeous doggie wedding that I spent ages planning. (I kid you not.) Third, he makes me feel all warm and fuzzy, and that is not ok. I prefer the cold and harsh way my fiancé makes me feel so much better. (wait, that didn’t come out right.) Fourth, and there is a fourth, he gets me all wound up and flustered. And last, when he unexpectedly kissed me it made me forget my own name, or the fact that I’m getting married...in a month.
Please someone help me out.
I’m a mess.
Worst part is, Ellis isn’t the bad guy I first thought he was. And being forced to spend time with him is making me realize that he needs my help more than anything. So what’s a girl like me to do?
Ellis
I’m only in town long enough to figure out a plan with my brother on how to save our brewery from the awfulness that is my father. Oh and be in a wedding. Where I may or may not be crushing a little too hard on the bride-to-be. (spoiler alert, I'm crushing hard.)
She’s really cute.
Like seriously.
And she has the cutest job, she’s a dog wedding planner. (I kid you not.)
I can see why Henry loves her. I can see why everyone loves her. I can see why I’m falling for her. I’m usually not a relationship-type guy. Call it picky or whatnot, but usually I get bored easily. So, my plan is simple. Spend as much time with Kiki (soon to be Faniki, I know) and hopefully get bored with her adorkable smile and sexy legs that go on for miles. Then, I can save the brewery, be the best man of the wedding, and get my butt back to Atlanta and away from the happy couple.

From the Author
"Keep it together," I tell myself and the monstrosity about to topple over onto the pavement. I try my hardest to stabilize it as I zig-zag my way across the parking lot, but in a dramatic move, it comes crashing down. Before I can even try to think of a way to get the trellis onto the cart again, out of nowhere, a car backs into the trellis with a sickening crack.
This can't be happening.
But it is. My life has become a horror film starring a ring-eating goat, beach fearing fiance, and now this.
Red brake lights glow as I stare at the crushed roses beneath the sedan's tires. A man steps from the car.
"Don't you have a rearview?" I yell, as I rush to what's left of the trellis, like one would to an accident victim. I almost want to cry as I crouch next to the heap of broken wood that definitely won't be standing over a happy couple anytime soon. "This is the day dreams die," I murmur. Mine. Georgia's. Probably a million other people's. Ok, maybe not that many.
"I'm sorry." Emerald green eyes focus on me. They're a stunning color. Henry would hate them, because they look like the ocean. "What exactly was it?"
"It was a masterpiece. Pure perfection and you slaughtered it." I stand and take a good look at the murderer. And maybe I shouldn't have. This man is gorgeous—lustrous dark hair that looks like it's on the verge of a sexy rebellion and a masculine jaw that could've been sculpted by Michelangelo himself. He's what Lola would call too hot for his own good. A highly inappropriate thought forms in my mind that if I'm going with an art theme, Henry would be a Dali, all lopsided features blending together on canvas. Minus greens and blues, of course.
Dark brows draw together and the stranger's tall frame hunches over the trellis to pick up a random piece of wood. "Maybe we can fix it?"
My mind can't process his good looks and the disaster of the situation simultaneously, so it causes me to lash out. "No, we can't fix it." I park a hand on my hip. "It's ruined. The whole wedding is ruined." Thoughts of telling Georgia's family that I won't have the one thing they specifically requested for her wedding causes my shoulders to slump.
The man stares at the trellis once more. "I'm sure they have more inside. Let me pay for another."
"Actually, no. This was a special order handcrafted just for my client and it took them weeks to make."
His apologetic eyes sweep over my face.
"It's fine. Just...leave me alone, ok?" Rude, I know. But I'm done with today.
The man glances over my shoulder and then wraps his arm around my waist. "Sorry about this," he says, closing his eyes, and slanting his lips down over mine.
He's kissing me.
Oh. My. God. And there's some sort of misfire happening in my brain right now, because for some reason I can't seem to push him away. I can't seem to do anything. I'm going to blame my stress for the fact I haven't slapped him silly. Yet, the way he clings to me feels so...needy. Like he can't get enough of me.
His hand moves to my hair, strumming each strand, and I become hyper aware of how his tongue traces slowly over mine. He breaks the kiss after only seconds but what felt like hours. His thumb traces down my jaw, and then over my bottom lip as if he's memorizing this very moment. And then, reality sets in—I just kissed a stranger.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2020This talented writer does it again with this top-notch, over-the-top romcom. This book went from zero to sixty in a skinny minute and pretty much read itself while I held on for a delightfully outrageous, side-splitting ride. It was an all-consuming read that I flew through from beginning to end.
Kiki Kingsley is a quirky, captivating heroine who runs a pet grooming store that now specializes in puptuals with all the wedding trimmings for betrothed dogs. Her BFFs are her rock, and they’re both equally as charming. Kiki is also engaged to Henry, who wants her because she fits his five-year plan (and boy, oh boy, does he turn out to be a doozie!)
Ellis Atwood is only in town to help rescue his family's brewery, which his father has managed to run into the ground. After running over a trellis Kiki needs for a wedding the next day, while trying to make things right with her, which she is less than receptive to, he spots his father driving past and panics. This is where the not ever kissing a stranger part comes in. That kiss sets off a crazy chain of events, and my only advice is for you, dear reader, to tie another knot and hang on tight!
When I first started reading and leaving reviews, I sought out male romance writers since they were the unicorns of contemporary romance. A thousand reviews later, this wordsmith is one of only two who I’ve stuck with, and he's an automatic 1-Click for me after proving himself time and again. He never let’s me down, and each book is somehow better than the last.
If you like a romcom that makes you laugh until you cry, has plenty of heart to take you on an emotional ride, and has enough heat to make you blush, don’t miss out on Ellis and Kiki's story. Quick witted, fast paced and full of all the feels, this one will leave you with a grin on your face and a happy sigh in your heart.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2020Sexy and light, this dirty rom com flies by. I've seen Logan Chance's books on the bestseller lists before, but this is my first time reading one and I've got to say, it was a fun read! What starts as a slow burning rom com turns into an, uh, kinda filthy read, honestly. It's perhaps a little over the top (and a little too like insta-love), but I enjoyed it from start to finish. Chance's writing is solid, the plot is interesting, and having so much of the story told from the hero's perspective was a treat.
Essentially, the story follows Kiki, a woman who agreed to marry the wrong guy. Simple as that. They've only been dating for a short time and it all came on suddenly, but now she finds herself engaged and isn't sure how to feel about it. Enter Ellis, a former childhood friend of the groom who sneaks a kiss from Kiki before realizing that she's engaged. As the two spend time together, it becomes increasingly obvious that Kiki is with the wrong man, and neither one is quite sure what to do about that.
It's a quick, light, and steamy read that doesn't delve too deep or linger on angst for long. And though the premise could easily have gone off the rails - Kiki is engaged to another man for a significant portion of the book - Chance navigates the complexities well. Though the steam was a bit much for me and I couldn't believe how gullible Kiki was at times, I enjoyed the vast majority of the book. I'd definitely check out more of Chance's work if I was in the right mood, and if you're looking for a quick and steamy read, then he's delivering some pretty solid work. I received an ARC via Wildfire Marketing Solutions and am voluntarily leaving a review of this steamy rom com.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2020I was hooked on this book from the first chapter and it did not disappoint. As soon as I read the goat yoga scene I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with this book.
Kiki is an adorably quirky character. She runs a Dog Spaw with her friend Poppi and spends her free time trying out crazy workouts with her other best friend Lola. She is also recently engaged to Henry, the “perfect” fiancé. Unfortunately, during a goat yoga session, one of the goats ears her engagement ring and leaves her with a bare left hand. The day only gets worse when she goes to pick up a trellis specially made for a dog wedding she’s hosting and a man runs over it with his truck...then kisses her senseless with no explanation. To Kiki’s horror, the man turns out to be her fiancé, Henry’s, high school friend and new best friend Ellis. Ellis is in town visiting his brother and trying to figure out a way to save the family brewery and he thinks he has the perfect plan when he agrees to help Henry with the wedding in exchange for Henry’s firm investing in the brewery. The only problem, Ellis can’t stop thinking about the woman he kissed, the bride-to-be, Kiki.
This was a fun, light hearted book that kept a smile on my face the whole time. The plot was pretty standard, but it was the characters that really drew me in and made this book great. Kiki was such a relatable character—a true hardworking, easygoing person who truly loved her job working with animals. She was a little quirky, but nothing to over-the-top and she had an awesome support group in her two best friends. What I think I like most about Kiki was that she knew her own mind, and although it took her a little bit to come to a conclusion, she questioned her feelings and motives openly and didn’t really run from them. She took action and was secure with herself.
Ellis was really just a good man, trying to help out his brother with the brewery and being a good best man for Henry despite his attraction to Kiki. I liked how he was so smitten with her from the very beginning and was genuinely interested in her new dog wedding endeavor. He really wasn’t over-the-top alpha male either, and didn’t to the whole hot-then-food dance. Ellis and Kiki’s interactions always seemed effortless and flowed really well.
I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series!

One morning Kiki was about to deliver something for a doggy wedding, when a little accident happens and a sexy as sin stranger kissed her, trust me when I say you feel that kiss too. Its toe curling.
Ellis is so hot you need a fan to cool down after reading this book. Ellis returns home to help save is family brewery. One encounter changes everything. This was by far the best book I've read so far this April.
Please note dont read this in public you'll end up being cross legged.

4.0 out of 5 stars Dog Weddings and Goat Yoga
Logan’s books are always fun, sexy and strong and beautiful hero and heroine. And this is on top of all, I loved this and had so much of a good time reading this book.
Kiki is amazing, I loved some good writing female character. She has a Dog Spa with her best friend and now is venturing in a world of dog wedding planner. She is strong and she fights for what she wants. Her only “problem”? She got engaged to Henry after only knowing him for a month, and now he is hushing the wedding.
Ellis is very handsome guy, intelligent, like beer and super fun! He is back to Jupiter, Florida to help his brother save the family brewery from his awful father. Little does he know that all was about to change when he run over a trellis (Ellis the trellis) in a parking lot. And the furious girl, who owns said trellis, is super gorgeous. So what you do? Kiss her of course. Kiki was furious, at first!
Thinking he will never see again, unfortunately, he moves on and accept to be the best man of a guy he lost contact a long time ago. When he met the bride-to-be? She is Kiki. From now on both of them try to denied their attraction and with each passing chapter you can feel their chemistry and how supportive they are for each other in every way.
You also learn that Henry is awful guy and only wants to marry her to get promoted. I hated him but he got what he deserved. And after Kiki ends things with Henry, she and Ellis started dating and is soooo sweet. I loved them together. It was like they were made for each other, it was that obvious.
Apart from the romance, I loved Kiki’s friendship with Lola and Poppi. They are so fun and I’m not even going to start with the whole goat yoga, I laugh-cried! And at the end was so happy Lola will have her book as well, just hoping Poppi has hers as well in the future.
Other than that I loved the ending, it was alllll well deserved. Just wished the epilogue was longer or detailed about their future. But that’s my thing, I love epilogues and knowing characters futures!

4.0 out of 5 stars Hot, sweet and dirty
Loved this story of Ellis and Kiki. It's funny, sweet and downright dirty.
With goats, doggy weddings and lots of shenanigans, this story had me hooked right from the start.
Absolutely recommended.
