I kept waiting for some insight

I doubt this book will be helpful for me, but the good news is that it was only $10 and it only took me a few hours to read.

I didn’t like that it told me things I already knew, or it made stuff up. Like, if you want to have more time in your day, wake up 30 minutes early (sleep is important too and most of us don’t get enough as it is), or do less stuff during the day at work (as if that will actually work). Also, he tells you not to ever multi-task. When you’re eating concentrate on the food and the chewing. When you’re doing the dishes, think about doing the dishes. When you’re driving, concentrate on that. But then later states that he thinks about other things and plans his day while driving. Yeah, good luck just thinking about the dishes that you’re washing and having more time in your day.
