    Holy Toledo, what an amazing ride this story is! This dark MC story has one incredible romance, more than a singular mystery and so much more.

    Priest is such a controlling character, but then again, being the president of the Disciples of Satan MC he needs to be in control at all times. His decisive nature and absolute love for his club is what makes him a great leader. Is he arrogant? Is he demanding? Yes and yes. But he is also loyal to a fault.

    Nico is a young mistreated guy from a rival club, his life is absolute hell most of the time and my heart went out to him. Actually, for much of the book I wanted to shelter him from his father, the other brothers in that club and anyone who hurt him. But he is strong, his endurance has been built up and he needed it too.

    I loved how Nico was ready to explore a possible relationship with Priest no matter the consequences. Through his determination to help Priest he opens up more than Priest ever realised could be explored in his life.

    With the escalation of the drama in the story as well as the action, the intensity of the storyline increases and I found myself flipping through the pages as fast as possible to find out what happens. If that’s not a sign of a great story I don’t know what is!

    I enjoyed this writing duo and hope they co-write more books together.

    Gritty, crass, dark, violent, all checked.

    This has all your favorite parts of an MC group, and this story follows the president of the Disciples as he gets his world turned upside down. I think my favorite part was Priest's declaration at the beginning of the book about the type of man he would possible consider being attached to, then he meets Nico. This is not a sweet MC biker guy save the sweet guy from rival whatever who is able to come to terms with the less savory side of his biker hero. Both parties know exactly who each other are and what goes on.

    For me, there was a little too much repetition of internal thoughts/themes. I know there needs to be some as a character examines themselves in the different situations throughout the story, but I felt like I got hammered with how dark and not good the MCs were every other paragraph. It pulled me out of the story too much.

    This is the first book I've read by either of these authors and I wasn't disappointed.

    Priest is the president of his motorcycle club, The Disciples of Satan. A dark and often volatile man, he runs his club with well earned respect and fairness. Nico is the son of Judge, president of the Hades motorcycle club, and the arch enemies of The Disciples. Nico's grandfather originally started the club and it was run well until his demise when Judge took over. Now the Hades are nothing more than cowardly druggies and Judge has beaten and tortured Nico for the simple fact of being gay. When an ambush lands Priest as a prisoner of the Hades, he is certain that his days are numbered. And then a beautiful boy steps out of the shadows - a young man who's own darkness calls to Priest's. Nico hates his father and what the club has become and is more than willing to help Priest escape - for a price! A place in Priest's club - and bed!

    This is not a sunshine and roses tale. It is dark and bloody and shows you the ugliness that lies in the hearts of some men. It will take a whole lot of holy fire to pave a way for Priest and Nico to find their way to be together - fire born of their passion and obsession for each other, despite all else! I really enjoyed reading this, as MC books are one of my jams. Both men are morally ambiguous, willing to do whatever it takes, even spill a whole lot of blood, just to be together. They are explosively hot when they come together, and just as hot when they are standing toe to toe with fire in their eyes. There isn't a whole of backstory given, just enough to set the world and then the book dives right into the relationship between the two main characters and the supporting club members. I'll be very interested to see if this author duo writes any more books within this world and I'd gladly give them a try. Definitely worth reading!

    Some attractions are unexplainable. They come at you from out of nowhere and consume you. This is the connection between Nico and Leon (Priest). Brought together under nefarious conditions, these two form a bond that neither wants to break. The future they face is tainted by betrayal, revenge, and uncertainty, but it is a glorious disaster watching it all play out. Nico and Leon are explosive together!

    This book was just ok. There was a bit too much internal monologuing by both the MCs, mostly about how dark and twisted they were. Which was pretty clear by all of the violence, so the navel-gazing was unnecessary and frankly as gratuitous as the violence. I feel like there could have been more story and less of that. It didn’t bother me, it just seemed like it was there because the author didn’t know what else to write. This is the beginning of a series, so take some time to get into the history of the title character a bit maybe? Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend it.

    An awesome story, and really looking forward to more of this. I just love m/m books, especially in an MC, its both hot and very sexy.
    In this awesome story Priest is captured by another MC called Hades. But its Nico who comes to his aid. Nico hates what the Hades MC now represent, he is a prospect and is also the Pres son, and they treat him sheet. However when he sees Priest he is captivated by him, and takes to trying to fix him up.
    Both of these men have darkness in them which makes this story all the hotter to read. Nico takes a chance and rescues Priest, but will Priest keep his word and not betray Nico?

    For me this was absoulutely a must read book, i read it in one session because it was just that good for me. Hopefully there are more coming.
