    Logan and Parker both admired each other from afar in high school. 5 years after Parker graduates he comes back home. And he comes looking for Logan. He goes to Logan's job and buys some items to have delivered. Only the delivery was a ruse to get him at the house. After some champagne and conversation they start turning their fantasies into reality and quickly realize the five years of waiting was definitely worth it.

    Okay, I did like this story, but didn't form a connection to either MC. That is weird for me not to connect to at least one of the MC's even with a quick read such as this. However, I will say that both characters are good guys and have been pining for each other since their high school days. Parker sets up an elaborate plan to get his HS crush to himself at the place it "almost" happened 5 years ago. Logan is confused, excited and nervous with Parker back in town and inviting him to spend New Years with him at the place he has dreamed about endlessly for 5 years. When they finally talk, they understand that each has been pining for the other all this time. I love that it is a teenage dream come true for both characters and that they were willing to put themselves out there to make a chance of HEA happen. If you are looking for a quick read that gives you hope dreams can come true, get this one and let it happen. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

    Alex Winters writes a novella featuring two men who crushed on each other in high school, finding each other a few years later. They are both successful in business but have had no satisfying relationships. This is an erotic fantasy fulfillment story and is nicely written but limited in scope. I fear all three books by this author are remarkably similar, right down to the descriptions of what is going on and what it looks and feels like. The story ideas are good, but I would like to see them expanded into actual novels. Give these people something else to do and think about!

    enjoyed this romance. Logan has a crush on a HS Senior name Parker. Parker is a jock and also has a crush on Like fan. Neither of them tells the other so it’s like an unspoken romance. Fast forward 5 years later, both are CEOs of their own companies. Parker comes to town on business and decides to “run into” Logan. He’s been building the nerve to finally say something to him. Logan is surprised when he notices who is in his store. This was such a nice “meet cute” and a HEA. I would like to read more of Logan and Parker.

    Five years ago, high schoolers Logan and Parker were on the school baseball team. Unbeknownst to them, each had a crush on the other. One night at a pool party, the promise was there of exploring the attraction, when suddenly it was interrupted, and the moment was lost.

    Logan is now the owner of a string of boutiques called Soxers, inspired by Parker’s apparel the night of that long ago party. When Parker comes into the store on New Year’s Eve, looking for tighty whiteys, Logan can only offer the boxers and socks he stocks, but he is willing to deliver them that evening to Parker. Thus begins a night of fulfilled fantasies, with the promise of something more.

    Interesting tale of the self-assured jock and the uncertain nerd and the re-creation of a night five years ago. Good banter back and forth, with an unexpected hesitancy on both sides. Relatively short, quick read.

    I didn’t really love or hate it. It was just a book. I like the premise but the character development left me disappointed. It’s also a really slow burn and I thought it would move faster so I wouldn’t lose interest.
