One well placed photo and a lot of lies send me running to my sisters in the small town of Rock Springs, Texas to hide from the press for Christmas.

Too bad my sister's plan includes the blind date from hell.

But my brother in law's best friend comes to my rescue.

Ford is every bit the hard muscle cowboy.

Next thing I know he's at my side for everything from the town's secret Santa and Christmas shopping to the Winter Carnival.

It has to be my sister's doing.

But when another record label calls me to talk via a little Christmas Magic the clock starts ticking.

Ford might be fine going with me to Nashville for a weekend but how will we survive a rock star's schedule of tours, recording, and PR?

Then the real reason comes to light as to why I was used staged on those photos and it's a doozy.
