    I enjoy the intertwined beginning of this book, getting g to seethe same events from Rachel's perspective. This is the second book in a series of standalone books and although you can read and enjoy them in any order I would recommend reading them in order. This is Rachel's story. While she is being escorted to her new school by the man she just broke up with she find out that he is very dangerous. She is rescued by three sexy shifters who turn out to be her mates. I love how the relationship with her men develops through out the story. The story is very b sweet but there is lots of steam. I'm looking forward to more from this world.

    I really enjoyed this book and couldn't put it down once I started. This is the first book I've read from this author and I don't think it will be the last.
    I didn't read Cheryl's story first and although I don't think you need to, I think it would have given me more of a background to Cheryl and Rachel's relationship. Cheryl came across as quite cold and distant from Rachel so I didn't feel the 'best friends' vibes from them at all in the beginning.
    The college Rachel has been designated at her high school graduation is different to her best friend and she's devastated. Once Rachel leaves, her life completely changes as she's thrown into a desparate situation and is rescued by 3 shifters.
    The world building intrigued me and I enjoyed the pack dynamics. Each wolf being completely different in personality. The storyline had twists and some mystery.
    I liked how Rachel and her mates got to know each other and didn't jump into bed as soon as they met. Having the multiple POV definitely helped me get to know all the characters.
    The writing style took me a couple of chapters to get use to, its lots of short chapters and sentences, but after I while I really liked the fact that not every situation, room or person was described in detail. It kept me hooked on the story quicker.

    Wow although the chapters are quite short you never have to leave midway through one.
    What a start pushed from bad to worse.
    Rachel was so afraid in the beginning I’m sure everyone is worried about what happens next. The guys are awesome at least in the end they all have their issues both with their powers and with the dynamic of the group. It takes time but happiness is only a stones throw away
