Snap Shot Kindle Edition
Life has a way of throwing you curve balls. Dirty laundry, bad boyfriends, and a car breaking down. I thought I had been dealt the worst cards possible my senior year of college, then I got the call that would change it all. My brother had tried to kill himself and I had to get to him now. Jeremiah is my only hope.
It’s down to one last game: one last day to remember forever, one trip to last a lifetime.
We only have today to create a Snapshot that will last a lifetime or change our paths forever.

- Reviewed in the United States on March 24, 2025Have a tissue handy the day you allow for this complicated contemporary new-adult forbidden interracial college sports romance complicated by controlling significant others and a brother with PTSD,.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 24, 2019I try to read the whole thing and I did. It was horrible. Georgia is weak and don’t get me started on Jeremiah.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2019This is an greatromance with great characters. I didn't know sport romance was a thing until I read Snap Shot. This is one of my new favorites from Rebekah.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2019I've read several books written by Rebekah Dodson; she has done a great job at writing a good book; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.
I loved the chemistry between the characters.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2019It’s not often that I abandon a book I receive an ARC for, but this wasn’t the book I was expecting based on the cover and the description, and I just couldn’t stand the heroine. The story follows Georgia, a college student who begins tutoring Jeremiah, a star athlete, in math. The two strike up an unlikely friendship with a hint of something more, but they are each in a relationship with someone else. Georgia doesn’t even really like her boyfriend but she stays with him anyways because it’s better than being alone and she can’t have Jeremiah.
This is where the book started to lose me. The writing style is fine, but Georgia is pretty immature. We don’t get Jeremiah’s perspective (at least not in the 40% of the book I got through), so it’s hard to tell what he’s thinking about Georgia. The final straw for me (minor spoilers here) is when Georgia initiates sexting with Jeremiah - while sitting next to her boyfriend - then has sex with her boyfriend because the sexting got her in the mood. Her boyfriend then proceeds to use racial slurs and she STILL doesn’t break up with him. After that... not interested in our heroine getting a happy ending. Oh, and the road trip still hadn’t happened at that point so I can’t comment on that. All in all, it just wasn’t a story I was interested in reading. - Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2019Some books will grab my attention from the beginning and some just can't grab my attention. This book was one that I tried to get in to but it just couldn't hold my attention. The description of the book seemed interesting but the story line just didn't do it for me. It's not a book for me but someone else may enjoy it.

- Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2019This book couldn't keep my attention. I was drawn in by the title and storyline but the writing style seemed different than this author's other books. Possibly her own and not the usual writing of her ghostwriters. It lost me several pages in.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2019This was my first book by Dodson, and I really enjoyed it!
There was a great build up of chemistry between the two main characters and though their love is controversial (appears like cheating) I have to honestly say that the relationships they are in with their partners are very dead. They lack any passion or respect, so by the time these two find each other it doesn’t feel like cheating, more like the beginning of moving on.
I didn’t fully see why Georgia stayed with her bf so long especially after he started showing signs of prejudice BUT it’s hard to leave a comfort zone especially when you are young.
I thought the end was perfect! The plot was smooth and even the extra characters had lots of diversity!
