A Guard for the Titan (TITANS Book 3) Kindle Edition

4.5 out of 5 stars 37 ratings

For the six months since he was fished out of the sea, the only bright spots in Atlas’ still, lifeless existence are the moments the beautiful museum guard comes to talk to what she believes is his statue.

After hundreds of centuries in stasis, he regains control of his body, to save Iphigenia—a mortal of no significance in the grand scheme of things.

Why does he need to protect her? Why does every inch of his body ache to touch her?

Oh right. Because apparently, she's his soulmate. And he needs to bond with her, or
boom goes the known universe.

Sotia shares her life and living quarters with her husband, their son, and two rescue dogs, one of which may be part-pony. Sappy movies make her cry, and she wishes she could take in all the stray dogs in the world.

Sotia spent her formative years reading anything she could get her hands on, including steamy romances her grandma would frown upon—nah, Grandma would totally approve. Hailing from the land of Olympians and Titans, she could only resist writing about mythical immortals for so long. Her mythology romance boasts hot, powerful Alphas, who can handle sassy ladies and will stop at nothing to make them happy.

True love exists, and Sotia is determined to give her fated couples a happy ending!

Although book 3 in the lineup, it is actually the 5th book. There is the prequel Under and book 2.5 Breathe. So many characters to fall in lust and love with. Next of the Titan brothers is Atlas who ends up in a Greek museum being guarded by night security guard Iphigenia who happens be Atlas's soulmate but Rhea, Kronos's wife, is insane who only wants her hubby and son Zeus back. Rhea's nefarious plotting is just starting. Story just flies and seems short due to all the constant activity.

I loved this story the female has been the most fierce of all the soulmates. I will say I felt far more love for Atlas though. Over all it was wonderful, lots of action and it leaves you wanting more with all of the reveals in a short amount of time.

This is book 3 (5 if you count the two novellas which totally should be counted) and I'm still loving this series. It's not horribly deep, but it's definitely got a good story line and entertaining characters. Atlas was fun despite being locked away for the longest so far (35k years I think?). Mrs. Lazu did a good job of giving the characters depth by showing us some sensitive sides of our characters which is always nice (who likes 1 dimensional characters anyways?). Iphigenia was a great match for him with her bright spunk.

If you want a quick, steamy, and still sweet read, this is the way to go. Keep at it Mrs. Lazu! I'm liking these characters more with each book. I'm also curious to see how Eros fares...
