Clean- I am the Information Officer at the Wings of Diablo MC Club. It wasn’t a job that I necessarily wanted. In fact, if it were up to me, I would party all day, and hook up with the club bunnies all night. Unfortunately with Alejandro Vilanuevas, one of the leaders of the Bolivian Drug Cartel, issuing threats, good information was vital to my club. My club was on the verge of war, a war everyone was sure we wouldn’t win. It didn’t matter to me, I would remain loyal until my very last breath. So when my brothers say they need information, I go get that information. It was on one of these information runs that I ran into a woman, a badass woman with red and black hair, the body of an Amazon, and a dagger for a tongue. It was Maven who would make me question my loyalty to my brothers and my club.

Maven- I have been around bikers and gangsters my whole life but once I had my twins, I vowed to never get mixed up with one again. Then some inconsiderate turd shows up next door and throws all my self-made promises in the trash. Barry is selfish, he’s immature, in fact his whole life is a mess, but I have never seen someone who was so loyal. Too loyal. Even with all my connections in the MC world, they will never win against a monster like Vilanueva. I just hope I can convince Barry to talk them out of going to war before the Wings of Diablo MC club is no more.

    Wow I’m so in love with this series, this book had me on the edge of my seat, love the characters and the chemistry between them. I have to say that this book had me on an emotional roller coasters, didn’t know if I should laugh,cursed,or cried. For a moment at the end of the book I was crying for Wire my favorite character.

    This is clean story and let me just say that he didn’t get his name from being Clean nope that was far from what he was lol. Clean have been through a lot in his life but he made it his one of the few members to be loyal to the bone. Love the banter between Clean and Maven.

    Wow love Maven that is one tough chick and she ain’t afraid to tell u what’s on her mind. I really love and enjoyed reading this book. Now I’m ready for the next book in the series.

    I'm so glad Wire survived and is now the club president. Alex was a crazed lunatic that only thought about himself not his family. He had no regard for them. I'm glad Clean is happy with Maven and the kids and that Wire wants him as VP. I just hope they can get their family back.

    Maven didn't want to like him. She didn't want to fall for his charms, she definitely wanted more effort from him and she wasn't going to stop till she got what she wanted.
    The family that Clean knew was everything to him until it all started to fall around him. He felt like he had nothing. But when you have loyalty, the love of a good woman, sometimes the rest works itself out. This was an amazing story

    So I loved the book but for me it wasn’t really a romance. I got the connection between Maven and Clean but not the insta-love. I just didn’t feel that connection. But the story revolving around the MC was amazing! It was brutal, but so good. I cannot wait to see what comes next for the WOD guys.

    Oh wow, I felt like I was on a roller coster of emotions with this amazing book it flowed so easily from laughter to tears, from joy to fear, heartache love, the charecters were written with such passion, as an avid reader of anything I tend to only read a book once because there is just too many books out there waiting for me to enjoy. This book though is one of the very few exceptions to that rule, this is going to be one of my go to books, I will so be reading it again and I can't wait. Thank you Rae B. Lake for this incredibly series.
