well written classic romance. neat to see witches as the paranormal element (I read so many shifter ones it seems something like other paranormal ones are harder to find). likable real characters that can pull you in to the story. this was a quick read for me and well developed. characters were well developed (Kavion is now on my favorite male leads list). The story was not particularly a type that I would normally read and the angst part was a bit predictable to a point, but I went in without expectations and found I enjoyed it. will be rereading it and looking at others in the series. this was a nice read for a sunny weekend day.
