    Christmas Love is compiled of the novella Big Bad Santa and an anthology of 7 great Cowboy stories. It's just one of the books on sale through Black Velvet Seductions. Holly's Big Bad Santa is the novella and a second chance romance, one of my favorite tropes.

    I really enjoyed meeting the characters, especially Jared and Holly. What fun they had getting back together! At first, it was just fun but eventually, it became some very hot fun! I gave this book 4 stars. I'd have given the book 5 stars but felt that it was a bit truncated and rushed. I'd bet there was enough story there for an entire novel. Otherwise, it was good Holiday fun and a hot romance.

    The remainder of the book is referred to as Cowboys in Charge and for good reason. In these short stories, the Cowboys all have to deal with women who are just givin' them fits and trying to make them a fair bit crazy. Most men but cowboys especially don't deal with that well. Each story stands on its own two feet and was thoroughly enjoyable. They run the spectrum from heatedly simmering to Muy Caliente in the bedroom, a bit of something for everyone. I gave these collectively 5.

    I enjoyed the entire Christmas Love and would recommend it to those looking for some variety, especially second chance romance and cowboy romance centered on the Holidays. All together they rated a 4.5, which, rounded up, is a 5 out of 5.
